Endurance Squad is designed for those who enjoy swimming to stay fit and active but are not seeking the competitive stream of the sport. Endurance Squad is ideal for those looking to be triathletes or keeping up their overall fitness goals.
Swimmers will practice in the level they have been assessed for alongside our competitive level swimmers.
Swimmers are encouraged to attend 1-2 sessions per week

For those looking to gain further endurance to compete in multi-sport or masters’ events. Sessions will be held as a competitive style practice with a swim coach running goal-targeted sets and technical stroke advice.
